While studying your contributions, I encountered an error when executing the command 'ros2 launch angler_bringup bluerov2_heavy_alpha.launch.py use_sim:=true'.
The error message was:

Thank you for checking out the project and reporting this issue! We've been doing a large re-work of this project's sibling project in Blue and I haven't propagated those changes over here yet. I'll work on getting a fix implemented for you!
