Search and Delete functionality in /whiteboard list command #45

In front of the whiteboard name, we need two options. One for search and one for delete. The search one should direct the user to the board and the delete one should delete the board in the room.

I have already made the delete functionality under /whiteboard command but as it is a followup issue to one i am currently working on

so we can make 2 separate issues for delete functionality and search functionality under /whiteboard command
