Padding missing on home page

I think the padding around this maybe off in other views as well. But this one is especially bad

Apparently, it is fine when I set up on my local machine. Checked it on chrome and firefox.

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 0.74.3

Can you tell me how can I start 1.0.0-develop version?

1. Clone this repo / checkout and pull to develop branch
2. Run meteor npm i
3. Run meteor
