"You don’t subtract the modifier from your base hp value if you have a negative Constitution modifier."
This is currently happening and because its locked, I cant manually fix it

I probably should have mentioned that this is a 13th Age Glorantha issue, I dont know if this also happens in the roll20 standard one.
