Add orcid references for the team

Do we have everyone's ORCID reference for the PIT team? However is appropriate, we can add them to the template CITATION file so that new packages automatically start with them:

Do we want the default to have everyone on the author list?

yah, I'm fine with that. Just need everyones orcid numbers etc, folks can PR that information in if they want or we can collect it in slack

Do we want the default to be the whole team? The current publication policy (for papers) is opt in not opt out. I am not sure if we specify this in the coding policy.
