Add support to exclude/include files for a scan via a file .auraignore that would contain patterns similar to .dockerignore or .gitignore. This behavior should be possible to be disabled via CLI switch or another option so the whole PyPI or other data sources can be scanned to gather datasets without the influence from .auraignore
