Unzipped database sizes? #132

I see the various zipped databases are around 400 GB in size. How much space to the unzipped databased require? (I want to plan accordingly.)

The source file of pdb100_2021Mar03.tar.gz seems to be only 82G while the Readme says it should be over 100G. Has the source file been recompressed or is it corrupted? Could anyone be so kind to share another version of the file?
