I've been trying to implement RoseTTAFold2NA locally, starting from the examples here provided. The computer I am using with that aim performs Ubuntu 22.04 with a Ryzen 5 six-core processor x12, 24 GiB memory, a Disk Capability of 6.2 Tb and a GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660. Considering this, I set up the run_RF2NA.sh file with the following variables:
CPU="12" # number of CPUs to use
MEM="24" # max memory (in GB)
However, during the process, the terminal gets closed. The .stderr file is empty, and the .stdout file contains the following lines:
out_prefix /media/lvm-hdds/RoseTTAFold2NA/example/Prueba/toy
Running HHblits against UniRef30 with E-value cutoff 1e-10
As far as I understand, the process is getting killed during the MSA calculation. However, I have no clues regarding how to avoid this. Do you have any idea about what to do?
Kind regards,
Agustín
