The RosettaCM scripts were likely built with Python2. As such, they may not be 100% compatible with Python3. You can try running them with Worse comes to worse, you can try to run Python's 2to3 converter on the scripts to convert the usage to Python3. They probably shouldn't be doing anything too strange, so the automated conversion will likely work. |

I want to build the mutated antibody structure using RosettaCM. When running setup_RosettaCM.py, the following error happened:
