As far as I see stringview.js is only needed for Core.UI.AdvancedChart.js. And it looks like the only functions in Core.UI.AdvancedChart.js that are actually used are ConvertSVGtoBase64() and ConvertSVGtoPNG(). I would not be surprised if those features were already covered in jQuery or in a jQuery plugin.
