We don't want players to be able to die outright from normal radiation exposure (as that can lead to people dying inexplicably mid-RP if they don't have radiation equipment) but we should be able to cause direct damage to player in specific areas that will kill them if their radiation levels are too high.

Purpose for this is to allow game masters to be able to guide certain events and players, using radiation fields - or to represent areas insanely radioactive like the elephants foot.
