Circular references in some places can result in a stackoverflow. We need to implement some check that this doesnt happen

Happens at least in

[prod/VarDecl.xml] K2-InternalVariablesWithout-8
[prod/VarDecl.xml] K2-InternalVariablesWithout-7
[prod/VarDecl.xml] K2-InternalVariablesWithout-6
