Support for Docker + User support

It would be really helpful if we could get support for Docker so we could host our own bot for it, and maybe also make it with Discord integration to we can use commands to do it all, instead of needing a webside to do it

also one thing that would be really nice to have, would be a user support = we can just say X Twitter user is it gonna Block everyone Liking/RTing/Maybe even commenting from that user, tho that would maybe be a little bigger project over all, but would be super helpful, and with the Docker support with it not use any more server space for you, because we could host it ourselves
