Hi @dolkensp, have you had a chance to take a look at this? Page is still returning an error. |
Hi @domfennell, I've forwarded this issue onto the project management team for scheduling. |
Hi @dolkensp, any update on this? Still seems to be returning an error for me... https://groups.runtogether.co.uk/MileShyClub/Runs/Summary/50cf66cc-6120-48e2-8ea6-af5329403a8b |
Hi @domfennell, This has actually been scheduled for work today, so I'll be looking into why this error is occurring. Cheers |
Hi @domfennell Do you have any other sources for this? The error page you're seeing is because that session doesn't actually exist any more - it was deleted back in May. Can you make sure that the integration with getactive.io is excluding deleted and cancelled sessions from their listing. Thanks. |
@domfennell could you possibly provide an update on this? |
Afraid not, @nickevansuk. I can no longer locate the offending session, which would make sense if @dolkensp said it was deleted in May 2018. |
Hi @dolkensp,
We are providing RunTogether data to a few data consumers and have noticed that the url provided for further session information takes you to an error message. For example, if you click "View Website" on this Get Active London session, it takes you to this RunTogether page.
