The LibDriver has a Code of Conduct to which all contributors should adhere.
In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted with Contributions from any person or entity, LibDriver("LibDriver") must have a Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") on file that has been signed by each Contributor, indicating agreement to the license terms below. This license is for your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of LibDriver; it does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose.
You accept and agree to the following terms and conditions for Your present and future Contributions submitted to LibDriver. Except for the license granted herein to LibDriver and recipients of software distributed by LibDriver, You reserve all right, title, and interest in and to Your Contributions.

Definitions.
"You" (or "Your") shall mean the copyright owner or legal entity authorized by the copyright owner that is making this Agreement with LibDriver. For legal entities, the entity making a Contribution and all other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with that entity are considered to be a single Contributor. For the purposes of this definition, "control" means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.
"Contribution" shall mean any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to an existing work, that is intentionally submitted by You to LibDriver for inclusion in, or documentation of, any of the products owned or managed by LibDriver (the "Work"). For the purposes of this definition, "submitted" means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent to LibDriver or its representatives, including but not limited to communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems, and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, LibDriver for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise designated in writing by You as "Not a Contribution."

Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to LibDriver and to recipients of software distributed by LibDriver a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions and such derivative works.

Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, You hereby grant to LibDriver and to recipients of software distributed by LibDriver a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable (except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by You that are necessarily infringed by Your Contribution(s) alone or by combination of Your Contribution(s) with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If any entity institutes patent litigation against You or any other entity (including a cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that your Contribution, or the Work to which you have contributed, constitutes direct or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses granted to that entity under this Agreement for that Contribution or Work shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.

You represent that you are legally entitled to grant the above license. If your employer(s) has rights to intellectual property that you create that includes your Contributions, you represent that you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, that your employer has waived such rights for your Contributions to LibDriver, or that your employer has executed a separate Corporate CLA with LibDriver.

You represent that each of Your Contributions is Your original creation (see section 7 for submissions on behalf of others). You represent that Your Contribution submissions include complete details of any third-party license or other restriction (including, but not limited to, related patents and trademarks) of which you are personally aware and which are associated with any part of Your Contributions.

You are not expected to provide support for Your Contributions, except to the extent You desire to provide support. You may provide support for free, for a fee, or not at all. Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, You provide Your Contributions on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE, NON- INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Should You wish to submit work that is not Your original creation, You may submit it to LibDriver separately from any Contribution, identifying the complete details of its source and of any license or other restriction (including, but not limited to, related patents, trademarks, and license agreements) of which you are personally aware, and conspicuously marking the work as "Submitted on behalf of a third-party: [named here]".

You agree to notify LibDriver of any facts or circumstances of which you become aware that would make these representations inaccurate in any respect.
LibDriver adopts the separate design of driver and driver interface, the driver interface shields the differences of systems and hardwares and the driver provides a unified interface upward.

All code needs to follow the LibDriver code style and its content is as follows:

Include <stdint.h> and use int8_t, uint8_t, int16_t, uint16_t, int32_t and uint32_t instead of int and long. float, double and char are unchanged.

For pointer variables, put the * side close to the variable, such as "uint8_t *p".

All functions and variables are named in lowercase using the "x_xx_xxx" format, such as "uint8_t set_config(uint8_t config)". Function and variable naming rules are noun + verb + object.

Local variables are separated from the program line.

{}, if, while, for, etc. each occupy a line and each level of structure is separated by four spaces.

The program uses one tab distance between each level and uses four spaces instead of tab.

Interrupt or exit statements such as return and break are separated from the program by one line.

In a single program, the program can be divided into blocks according to functions and each function block is separated by a line.

Leave a blank line between each function.

Add a space between binary operation symbols =, +, -, /, >, <, >=, <=, ==, &, |, &&, ||, &=, |=, etc.

Each structure, enumeration and macro definition has a blank line.

The internal use of the file must use the static type and add "a_" before the function name to distinguish it from external functions, such as "static uint8_t a_set_way(uint8_t way)".

The program design must include the return execution result and judge the execution result to deal with the error.

Macro definitions must be capitalized.

The structure is uniformly named "typedef struct xx_s()xx_t" and "xx_t" is uniformly used as the name.

A single line should not be too long, no more than 128 characters and a single function should not be too long. If it exceeds, it must be written in multiple lines and a new line is divided at the low-priority operator. The operator is placed at the beginning of a new line, the divided new line should be properly indented and matched with the previous line of code.

Function nesting should not exceed three layers.

For functions that can be called by multiple threads, multi-thread calling problem needs to be considered.

The legality of function parameters is implemented by the calling function itself and the return value is returned to the caller.

Unused variables, functions, etc. are deleted in time.

Try to avoid using global variables and static variables in the function and pay attention to add volatile to protect the program when optimizing with -O3.

The IDE project of LibDriver needs to have a good structure. Each project should be built in the order of board support package, middleware and application structure. Higher level code can use a lower level code, but lower level code can't use higher level code.

For each git commit, the commit message includes three parts: header, body and footer.
<type>(<scope>): <subject> # skip a line <body> # skip a line ... <footer> ...
Among them, header is required and body and footer can be omitted. Regardless of the section, no line should exceed 100 characters and this is to avoid the appearance of automatic line wrapping.

The header section has only one line including three fields: type(required), scope(optional) and subject(required). If the type is feat and fix, the commit will definitely appear in CHANGLOG.
"type" is used to describe the type of commit and only the following identifiers are allowed:
- feat - new features
- fix - patch the vulnerability
- docs - documentation comments
- style - format change
- refactor - refactor
- test - add test
- chore - changes to the build process or auxiliary tools
- perf - performance optimization
- build - package
- revert - undo the last change
"scope" is used to illustrate the scope of commit influence, such as data layer, control layer, view layer and so on.
"subject" is a short description of the commit with no more than 50 characters. Start with a verb and use the first-person present tense (such as change, not changed or changes). The first letter is lowercase and there is no period at the end.

The body part is a detailed description of this commit which can be divided into multiple lines. It should explain the motivation for the code change and the comparison with previous behaviors.

The footer section is only used in three cases:
- incompatible changes
- close issue
- revert
All drivers need to provide complete examples including all functions of the chip.In the example, all chip configuration needs to use macro definition configuration.
Unit test is an important way to verify the quality of the driver and the unit test should include all functions test of the chip. (register read test, basic function test and advanced function test, etc.)
All projects of LibDriver need to have a good structure. Each project should be built in the order of board support package, middleware and application structure.Every project should ensure stable operation under -O3 optimization. Each project should support command line debugging and running.
- All drivers need to be annotated and generate the doxygen documentation.
- Each project needs to write detailed documentation, including but not limited to: pin connection, project compilation method, command line instructions, etc.
