The goal of this feature would be to update when an update can be performed by pulling from the repo during downtime. This would be like a pseudo auto upgrade, not using the official, unverifiable auto update system.

This can also be achieved if the runner automatically restarts when it needs to but a new version can't be achieved. This happens at some point, triggering a script called safe_sleep.sh but I am unsure of what component I can use to hook into it.
