Feature Summary

Image

  • The current tracking option could be improved by adding a started watching date and a finished watching date.

  • It should automatically put the current date-time when you do start watching or after you are finished on MAL. Currently the tracking is limited.

Image

  • For MAL users they are more used to seeing options like Watching, Completed, On Hold, Dropped, and Plan to Watch.

  • Make it so that the menu switches to that format when the user is using MAL instead of Anilist.

Image

  • The UI doesn’t update watched element after watched episode. It still shows 0 out of 13 but it does increment episode watched on MAL tracking. This is cause the page doesn’t auto refresh, if you reopen the page then it shows it.

Detailed Description

You can use the Mangayomi implementation of it as reference which can be better improved in AnymeX. Note there is a bug in their code where if you add a plan to watch on mangayomi tracking it sets the start/watched date to Dec 31, 1969 instead of current date time which gets ignored if you start watching (time will still be 1969 instead of automatically adding current date-time).

Additional Context

Also your extensions are not loading so I had to temporally switch back to mangayomi’s extension index url.
