How can I help the translation of DS4Windows to Turkish?

I can translate DS4Windows app to Turkish, my native language. But I couldn't understand the instructions specified on top of the document "DS4Windows Changelog". I also couldn't find a file for Turkish in Translations folder. What should I do?

The main translations files lie in the DS4Windows\Translations folder. You would copy the Strings.resx file and name the new file Strings.tr.resx so .NET will see it as a Turkish translation. You would have to edit the string values for all the applicable strings to the appropriate Turkish translation.

This project used to use Transifex for translation efforts at one point but I opted to stop using it. It did not work out too well and required manual work after the site was done with its generation. Besides, I do not like depending on proprietary solutions when it can be helped.
