For anyone attending the walk through and demonstration on Thursday then here's a brief outline of the day.

The ‘walk through’ will present the problem, the design solution and provide a high level over view of the material in the ‘deep dive’ session.

The ‘deep dive’ session (2-4pm) will be live (limited 😱 powerpoint!).

1. How to get set-up on the TRE (virtual machine, Azure Machine Learning, R/Python etc.)
2. How to build testable features for a real time production data pipeline, and monitor their performance (using Spark and DataBricks)
3. How to train and register a model, and publish the predictions as an endpoint for online queries
4. How to build a web app that can serve the predictions to the user (using the Plotly Dash framework)
5. How to instrument and monitor the application, and check for data drift and model performance over time
