As a new user, I would like a guide to get going from within the TRE and the VM.

Specifically, once the VM images have been built, how do I:
1 - Create a development environment (e.g. conda, pip, venv, r)
2 - Install appropriate packages for my newly created environment
3 - Gain access to data sources (possibly through airlock)
4 - Start an IDE with the created environment and installed packages to start experimenting
