[ui5-dynamic-page]: When we snap the header and then scroll down and try to unsnap it, it does not work

If we snap the header and then start scrolling down and we try to toggle the header again to unsnap, its not showing the header

When we snap the header and then scroll and unsap it the header should be visible

Steps to Reproduce

1.Snap the header of the dynamic page title before scrolling
2.Start scrolling down
3.When you are a bit down try to unsnap the header
