Carousel: RTL missing #2006

Describe the bug
When RTL is turned on arrows are inverted but their sliding effect is not

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/master/playground/components/Carousel/
Turn on RTL
Start to pressing navigation arrows

Expected behavior
Sliding effect to be align with arrow direction
