Bug Description

  1. Add new files and press to start uploading pending files: cut off in both directions and "start" and "+" buttons are not visible

Steps to Reproduce

  1. On iOS device go to https://sap.github.io/ui5-webcomponents/master/playground/components/UploadCollection/
