Can not start with Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_21354.iso

I have tried to start the qemu system with the command provided here:

./hAFL1/qemu-5.0.0/x86_64-softmmu/qemu-system-x86_64 -cpu host,hv_relaxed,hv_spinlocks=0x1fff,hv_vapic,hv_time,+intel-pt,-hypervisor,+vmx -machine q35 -enable-kvm -m 6144 -hda   ./windows.qcow2 -bios /root/kAFL-1/OVMF_CODE-pure-efi.fd -cdrom ./Windows10_InsiderPreview_Client_x64_en-us_21354.iso -net none -usbdevice tablet

Howerver, I can not boot the system iso like that：

When it shows "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD"，I pushed and then show like above, can not boot into the system.
It seems that it's the problem of the ISO or the UEFI fd.
But I can install in the vmwareworkstation with BIOS firmware.
Any suggestions?
