Re-implement this endpoint to utilize the new SCOS dataset. (Use the new TypeScript version of the API: https://github.com/SCODEMeetup/mofb-api/tree/feature/api-2)

This endpoint is currently /location. Find more info from the current Swagger docs: https://mofb-api.appspot.com/api-docs/
