The user facing interface here:
https://github.com/SCOREC/meshFields/blob/a87c33c1d4f9806d45c91d2521fe7e5dad67a388/src/MeshField.hpp
currently only works with the Kokkos controller.

A branch that starts to add support for the Cabana controller is here:
https://github.com/SCOREC/meshFields/tree/cws/CabBackend
Note, this branch was created before refactoring was complete and will need to be updated to the latest version after #35 is merged.
