Ability to edit a message

In chat there are buttons for messages, for example, deleting and creating a new thread. It is necessary to add the same button, allowing to edit the text of the message.

The principle of editing can be taken from Telegram: when you click on the button, the text of the edited message will appear in the message input field, and the send button will be replaced by the save button.

Important point: while the save button is not pressed, there is no need to update the text of the edited message.
