Using pre-commit-hooks with pre-commit

Add this to your .pre-commit-config.yaml

check-copyright

Check whether the code contains copyright

• includes - directory to add copyright.
• --excludes - exclude directory.
• --suffixes - copyright will be added to files with suffix.
