Could you check if the second SMS ticket has the same hash at the end of the message?
The hash is something like "JZeCojhb/951970"
If the hash is the same, then it's recognized as the already known SMS ticket
and unfortunately the pending item stays in the list.

I have problem with Brno SMS tickets on my Honor 7 phone (dual SIM).
First ticket is OK. When I send second ticket I receive SMS from DPMB but application is not updated and it waiting on SMS from DPMB forever.
Work around is delete first SMS ticket.
