Welcome to the SOCVR-Chatbot wiki!

The bot aides the reviewers of the So close vote reviewers room in performing their daily task of spending 40 close vote reviews. As a user in the "Reviewers" permission group, the bot will automatically notice when you: start reviewing, pass an audit, finish reviewing, etc. and listen for any [commands](wiki/User Commands).

##Getting started If you want to get started with the bot make sure you request access to the "Reviewers" permission group, by running this command: @botUserName request permission to reviewers. After your request has been accepted you can use the [reviewer commands](wiki/User Commands).

##Daily workflow The bot will automatically notice when you start reviewing (if you have opted-in to tracking). You can also ask the bot for the current tag(s) to filter on (to make sure your close votes count). Additionally, keep your eye on the starboard for additional, out-of-band requests.

When you hit an audit and pass it the bot will post a message with a tag of the question, for example,

Rene passed an [android] audit!

When you have finished reviewing a particular tag, copy the "There are no items for you to review, matching the filter [...]" message and post it in the room:

There are no items for you to review, matching the filter "off-topic, unclear what you're asking, too broad, primarily opinion-based; [web-applications]"

After using all your reviews, the bot will post another message with your review session stats.

You've reviewed 40 posts today (2 of which were audits), thanks! The time between your first and last review today was 29 minutes, averaging to a review every 44 seconds.

That is basically it. Doing so will store enough data so the other commands like audit stats make sense.

Happy reviewing!
