This branch preps files for easy copying into one

Closes BrentOzarULTD#949

These changes allow us to easily run `copy /b /y sp_Blitz*.sql Install
-All-Blitz.sql` to create one master file that you can f5 to install.

There will also be a command to copy all files into one (not just the
core sp_Blitz*) scripts.

@BrentOzar - where do you want to house the commands to copy the files?
