🐛 Mobile | User Provisioning Failure

As per my conversation with Ken Shi, he was having a consistent crashing issue upon opening the application and being automatically logged in.

When checking the cause, I discovered that an account hadn't been created under Ken's name even though when logging in through SSW.IdentityServer one should always be generated.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected Behavior

A new user should be provisioned in SSW Rewards whenever someone logs in to SSW.IdentityServer.
