🐛 Bug - Table header style broken inside email template

Describe the Bug

As per my conversation with @ncn-ssw, the table header has no style when located inside an :::email template

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://www.ssw.com.au/rules/sprint-review-retro-email/
2. Scroll down to the Figure: Sprint Backlog from {{ LINK TO SPRINT BACKLOG }}
3. See that the table header has no style

Expected Behavior

The table header should be bold

The bug might be due to the table being placed inside an ::: email-template
