Bug Description
The decision column on the file status page is not correctly aligned.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to the system
Click on 'Status' in the navigation bar
See error: The decision column is not correctly aligned.

Expected Behavior
The decision column should be centered.
