Examples mention old Beagle desktop indexer #38

There are several examples in xml/slert_cpuset_manipulation.xml that mention Beagle. However, Beagle (along with all the other C# stuff) has not been shipped since SLE 12 GA. And besides, it was a desktop tool that you presumably wouldn't want on your RT server anyway. I am not replacing this right now, as I want to avoid accidentally making these documents worse.

However, I think the documents should be updated to use something more appropriate.
