Virtual environment for running the tutorials

Is it possible to provide a working virtual environment to run the notebooks? I am running into dependency conflicts and have tried changing my virtual environment from scratch many times.

We do not have a way to provide in cloud AWS environments for the notebooks, but for the local machine versions, we do have a workshop coming up that we have created a binder for some of the notebooks here: https://github.com/podaac/2024-SWOT-ECR-Workshop
In the readme file for this repository linked, we have a link to launch a binder and also have an environment.yml file that you could import; it should work for a majority of the notebooks in this repository as well.
