Scythes deal no damage to mobs in the newest update

Title. Crude and Soulstained Steel scythes suddenly stopped dealing any damage to mobs (but does still hit them). The Rebound attack also does no damage.

I have the same problem, although it may be caused by other mods since it is in a modpack for my part. I also would add that the warding thingy of the soul stained steel armor seems to not work. I could see it loading above my armor bar before, but nothing appears to happen with the newest update. I had to go back one version to play the mod. Hoping for a fix to try out the new stuff.
