Description

Currentlly, there is 2 steps are required for registering this library as follows.

Tizen.TV.UIControls.Forms.Renderer.UIControls.PreInit();
global::Xamarin.Forms.Platform.Tizen.Forms.Init(app);
Tizen.TV.UIControls.Forms.Renderer.UIControls.PostInit();

For better usability, it should be simplfied.
