If you have an error message when performing "prepare command" at the git bash(maybe more ealier than 2.7.1.windows), please use git CMD or other terminal instead of git bash. Please note that currently the latest version of git bash has some problem like this. So it occurs issue like belows and can not be completed "prepare" of TOAST project normally. It is issue for defendency of git bash, also can resolve this issue to use other terminal.

$ grunt sectv-prepare:sectv-orsay
