FR: Support production amplifcation

It'd be handy if Sankeyfactory could add support for the new Production Amplification feature that uses Somesloops, and which multiplies the output product without requiring increased inputs, at the cost of quadrupled (IIRC; should verify) power draw. UI could be as simple as a checkbox on the machine config screen, and it optionally could list the appropriate Somersloop cost which varies by building type as a helpful reference.

I am already working on the feature. Not sure how soon it will be published, but as I already have a big part of it implemented, I don't think PR for this have big chances to be merged.

What about other features - I do review and merge PRs, but usually change a lot in the code, so it is also not a fast process. Sorry for that.
