Support for running with deps -M #1

Add a -main function to run with deps taking CLI options to choose between migration and creation.

This should allow adding extra aliases like so:

:drift {:extra-deps {com.sigmund-hansen/drift {:mvn/version "2.0.0"}}
        :main-opts ["-m" "drift.core"]}
