Need to update wiki pages (Trac #327)

a fair amount of our links and instructions are becoming obsolete. This is particularly true with recent move to git and wx 3.0.

Have edited enough to not be embarrassing. Moved completely obosolete page to a new location under "historical pages" and edited several pages that will soon become historical with notes indicating what part of document is valid for what and where more recent information will be for current development as appropriate.

Someone should still take a look at depedencies vs what the build machine is using.
