Nearby local notifications cannot be implemented in current version

The current handling of data from geofire does not allow us to implement local notifications as all hooks too geofire will be tied to the same native code instance of geofire. We need to abstract the native code apis into possibly a block pattern that we can use to access deal and vendor data everywhere in the app, allowing for us to pull info from this and perform local notifications.
