[Enhancement] Port to gtk3

Is it possible to port sawfish to gtk3? Aside from commandline tools, all the applications i use are gtk3 except sawfish wm. It will be nice to ensure consistency and uniformity of the desktop. Sawfish-config looks dated as you can hardly match it up with the current gtk3 theme.

I love sawfish. Since i discovered it i have not moved to another wm.
