In Backlock management meeting we've decided to include the following wording fix:

Current:

* Tue Jun 20 2023 09:11:56 - Run                 - one-off container with command '' <scalingo-platform (deploy@scalingo.com)>
* Mon Jun 19 2023 15:10:21 - Run                 - one-off container with command '' <scalingo-platform (deploy@scalingo.com)>

Expected

* Tue Jun 20 2023 09:11:56 - Run                 - one-off container for maintenance/support purposes <Scalingo Operator>
* Mon Jun 19 2023 15:10:21 - Run                 - one-off container for maintenance/support purposes <Scalingo Operator>

To match what is displayed in the dashboard:

This event is only triggered by operators? Or is it only when the command is empty?

This event is triggered every time a one-off is created. I think the command is empty only when an operator created the one-off.
