[Bug]: Handle api permissions on actions #26

Describe the bug
Currently, the extension does not handle not available actions according to the RBAC permissions

To Reproduce

Configure the user without creating a run permission
Login to the extension
Try to create a run from the workspace panel
See error

Expected behavior
If the user does not have permission on the workspace the run action should be hidden
