Text does not scroll correctly in mirrored mode?

I'm testing out teleprompter and hoping to use it in a Raspberry Pi based system for my high school. The software is pretty much exactly what we need, except that the mirrored mode text doesn't seem to scroll correctly. Is this feature just generally unstable, or is this just a random bug?

Edit: Forgot to include that the browser is Chrome/Windows on the control side of things, and the browser is Chromium/Raspbian on the view side of things.
