I've been trying to install the package DifferentialEquations but 1 dependency fails to precompile. I don't know why or what to do to solve this error. All the other dependecies didn't cause any error.

Yes, I've installed julia two days ago, following the instruction on the site. I have installed a previous release of DifferentialEquations(v7.11.0) and now it's working correctly. The only issue is that when now I do ]up it upgrades all the packages and it fails the installation of BoundaryValueDiffEq.

This is most likely another instance of JuliaLang/julia#54550. A Julia patch should fix the precompilation hangups.
