calibre-normal@7.9.0: decompress error

Updating from 7.8.0 to 7.9.0 does not work for me.

It shows me this window:

And then followed by this output:

Going back to version 7.8.0 also shows the same error. It me be actually this issue: ScoopInstaller/Scoop#5911
