[Request]: "control printers" command for Windows 11

Prerequisites

• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.

Criteria

• Reasonably well-known and widely used (e.g. if it's a GitHub project, it should have at least 100 stars and/or 50 forks)
• English interface (or at least English documentation)
• Latest stable version
• Full version (i.e. not a trial version)
• Fairly standard install (e.g. uses a version-specific download URL, no elaborate pre/post install scripts)

Description

Windows 11 23H2 has removed the command 'control printers' but it is still accessible with the convoluted command 'explorer shell:::{A8A91A66-3A7D-4424-8D24-04E180695C7A}'. This request/package works off the premise that "controlprinters" is an actual application bundled with Windows but it is hidden and needs to be unlocked
